Beats 360 Support

Connecting Beats 360 to your iPhone or iPad is fast. Beats 360 is ready to pair right out of the box.

Before you begin, make sure you update to the latest iOS 27 or iPadOS 27 software. When pairing, your device must also be connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network, or you may not have access to Find My features.

1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Bluetooth^®, then make sure Bluetooth^® is turned on.

2. Turn your Beats 360 on by pressing the power button and hold until the status light blinks white, then hold it next to your device.

3. When the setup animation appears, follow the onscreen instructions.

After you connect your Beats 360 to your iPhone or iPad, the next time you put them on they’ll connect automatically.

Before you begin, make sure you download or update to the latest version of the Beats app.

Quickly pair Beats 360 using Fast Pair™. When pairing, your device must also be connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network, or your may not have access to Android's Find Hub features.

1. On your Android device, make sure that Bluetooth^® is turned on in Settings > Connections.

2. Turn your Beats 360 on by pressing the power button and hold until the status light blinks white, then hold it next to your device.

3. When the setup animation appears on your Android device, follow the onscreen instructions.

After you set up your Beats 360 with an Android device, your Beats 360 is automatically paired to your other devices when you’re signed in to the same Google Account.

1. Make sure your Beats 360 is turned on and near your Apple device, Android device, or other Bluetooth^® enabled device (such as a Windows-based PC).

2. Press and hold the power button on the back of the left earcup. When the light flashes white, the headphone is ready to be paired.

3. Do one of the following:

• iPhone or iPad: Go to Settings > Bluetooth^®. If your Beats 360 isn’t connected, tap Beats 360 in the list of devices.
• Android device: Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth^® on your Android device. If your Beats 360 isn’t connected, tap Beats 360 in the list of devices, then tap Pair.
• Bluetooth^® enabled device: Follow the pairing instructions for the Bluetooth^® device.

To get the best fit and sound on your Beats 360, make sure you have the proper fit.

• First, make sure you have the headphone on correctly — there are Left and Right markers on the inside of the frame just above the cushions; you can also confirm correct orientation if you can feel the product controls on the back of the earcups.
• The ear cushions should fit snugly around your ears — this seal will ensure you have the best overall listening experience, Active Noise Cancellation, and Transparency mode for when you want to hear your surroundings.
• Also extend the sliders above each earcup if needed to make sure the fit is snug but comfortable.
• Beats 360 comes with interchangeable Performance Knit cushions. Extra Cushion Kits (sold separately) are available in both Performance Knit and UltraPlush options.

The right earcup has a dedicated play/pause button that you can use to control audio playback, answer calls, activate your voice assistant and more.

• Press once to play or pause media, answer a call or mute or unmute a call
• Press twice to end a call
• Press twice to skip forward
• Press three times to skip back
• Press and hold for Siri or Android voice assistant

While playing audio on Beats 360, you can cycle between listening modes:

• Noise Cancellation: Blocks out external noise to help you focus.
• Transparency mode: Lets you hear the sounds around you.
• Off: Turns off all listening modes.

Note: Off listening mode is not enabled by default and can be added to the cycle in device settings.

The left earcup has a dedicated listening mode button that you can use to cycle between listening modes. Press and hold the button to switch between Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Transparency mode.

A tone plays when the listening mode changes.

You can also cycle between listening modes using your Apple or Android device.

To charge, connect your headphones to a power outlet using a USB-C cable and a compatible power adapter.

As Beats 360 charges, the status light on the power button pulses red. When your headphones are at least 95 percent charged, the light turns white.

Beats 360 comes with interchangeable cushions that can easily be detached and reattached in seconds, no tools required. To remove an ear cushion, rotate it counterclockwise; rotate clockwise to attach. To remove the headband cushion, gently pull it down away from headphone frame; to attach it, align it with the attach points and gently snap it into place.
