The main priority was to include versatile features—like powerful, precise sound and a go-anywhere design—but make the earphones durable enough for the kind of days you can’t predict. When the hours involve scrolling feeds, taking calls, and making art, consistency is key. These needed to be solid without being too in-your-face.
“The beauty of this product comes down to our design north star: all-day usability,” says Jeff Bruksch, Head of Product Marketing, Headphones. “We wanted to make an earphone that would go with the flow, so it had to be super-useful without being obtrusive. The right set of features had to work together to pivot between standby and wherever audio takes you.”
