Set Up and Use

Powerbeats Pro 2 are ready to pair straight out of the box. On iPhone running the latest iOS, simply open the lid with earbuds seated in the case, hold near your unlocked phone and follow the on-screen instructions.

When you need to charge both your Powerbeats Pro 2 earbuds and their charging case, place the earbuds in the case and connect the case to a power source with a USB-C cable. Or, charge your earbuds and case wirelessly by correctly placing the case – with earbuds properly seated inside – on a Qi-compatible charger. You can also charge the case separately, either via USB-C or wirelessly. (Note: USB-C cable and power adapter not included.)

4. To stop heart rate monitoring, end your workout. You can view your workout’s heart rate data in your workout app or in the Health app.

Note: If you’re wearing an Apple Watch during your workout (and your iPhone is paired to Powerbeats Pro 2), the Apple Watch heart rate monitor data is prioritised and shared with your workout app and the Health app.

Note: If the sensors aren’t connecting, connect Powerbeats Pro 2 to your iPhone, go to Settings, tap your Powerbeats Pro 2 near the top of the screen, then make sure Heart Rate Sensor is turned on. When Heart Rate Sensor is turned off, the Powerbeats Pro 2 in-ear sensors are inactive.
