Rated 1 out of 5 by UTTERLY DISAPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED - DON'T BUY THEM I just bought them, wore them for three days and my ears hurt. They are sooooo uncomfortable. If you want good sound you have to jam them into your ear, but in 10 minutes your ear is sore. I tried all three ear buds but none work. The sound is not what I expected for $150. I'm so frustrated because I can't wear them anymore because they are so uncomfortable. I'm very disapointed with this brand, I heard it was one of the best, and bought them happily but honestly I feel so ripped off I'm never getting near this brand again. October 23, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by SWEAT KILLS THE CORD! So, I got these for the sole purpose of using these during my workouts and unfortunately I can't even control the volume or switch songs consistently. As soon as I start sweating, and even at times when I'm just wearing them on the plane, the controls on the cord stop working. Also, the sweat seems to mess with the controls and it randomly skips songs in the middle of my current song. So frustrating - every workout I just pull them out and put them to the side. This type of money on ear buds and can't even use them for the intended purpose. Even the marketing is mis-leading - shown on commercials during a basketball workout. November 13, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Don't buy these to work out! After paying this kind of money for a set of ear phones to "WORK OUT" in, you would expect them to have no issues. Not the case with these, sweating definitely effects the controls and sometimes songs skip to other songs but themselves. I listen to a lot of instructional workouts and skipping tracks is just plain UNSAT! I would not recommend these for the purpose they were designed for. I was excited to purchase these but now just find them sitting on the shelf. November 23, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Mic and volume control/song skip stopped working So, the buttons on the wire that you use to adjust the volume and change songs/answer calls stopped working after only using them once. I can't figure out how to get it to work again. I think my sweat must have done something to it. Bummer. November 25, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by My Powerbeats have broken after using them only 5 months.... I really enjoyed using my Powerbeats to listen to music. However, recently my beats broke. Unfortunately, the end plug completely was stripped from the cord. I was very disappointed to see that my Powerbeats design lacked durability. What do I do? I noticed for this type of beats you can not replace the cord? Can the company fix this problem? Please let me know what I can do! A concerned consumer. December 16, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by They will not last Got them for my birthday, felt good, wore them to the gym a few times and that was that. Sweat ruined the finish, fell apart and couldn't put one of the earbuds back together. I cannot justify paying another $150 for another pair. The case was nicest thing about them. December 25, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor I am not sure somehow I got the defected one but, it sounds so bad. Ear phone that comes on my phone sounds so much better. Some music, you can't even hear the vocal. Bass is high but it's not even good quality. It all sounds a bit muted in a room with cheap reverb effect. It also has small plastic pieces on the silver part of the ear phone that it scratches your ear as well. I am returning this for sure! December 26, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by um.....these have bass? my friends dad has a pair of these and he took them to school and I said can I try them. he let me try them on so I put the beats on. the first thing I was disappointed about was the comfort it took me about 2-5 minuets to get the on. the ear buds were like rocks scratching on my ears. So after like 10 minutes I took the off I looked at my friend and I said. these are beats he said ikr I told him these have no bass no sound quality dang and my ears were hurting. I said to him even my jvc have more bass then these. I am like a person who loves a clean tight bass that will make my ear feel like there viperatering iv done that with my Sony x10 and that was awesome I still waiting to get 500$ for either the new studios or the pros and imam compare my x10 to the studios or pros. so dre u need some improving to do on these beats. I loved the way they looked on me if was cool there stylish fashionable and all that other good stuff February 11, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst Head Phones I have ever owned *way over priced Got these things in replace of my UR beats, because they did not have UR beats in stock. Literally took them out of the box and the volume control system on the wire was broken. Also the right side of my ear phones has a crackle in it whenever music is played over half volume. You hear it really bad when playing techno music or something high pitched. Literally had these things for two days and hated them, im trying to get my UR beats back from this company. PLEASE DON'T BUY! February 13, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Lame Im a runner averaging about 25 miles a week and i bought these because i wanted headphones that would stay in while running. So disappointing they don't stay in at all! So not worth the price! February 15, 2014
