Rated 1 out of 5 by Too tight The headphones are great quality. When I got them and first tried them out I thought that I could stretch them out over time. But it has been a year and they still hurt to use them. They are too tight and after a while they numb your ears. I expected more for a pair of $250 headphones. June 8, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not Worth your money I got my beats by dre mixr early december last year and it broke about 2 weeks ago. How do I invest so much money on something that doesn't even last? It does sound great but whats the point if it doesn't last long? Save yourself the money and invest in sturdier headphones. November 1, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by I'll be returning them These are the most uncomfortable headphones I have ever worn. The pressure they exert on your head when wearing them has given me a headache each time I put them on. Very disappointed, spent over two hundred and fifty dollars to get a headache. I've owned this set for 1 week and I'll be returning them before the end of two April 17, 2012

Rated 1 out of 5 by This product has everything besides comfort Okay so everything is good besides one big thing. The sound is great so is looks. It has fair durability but the movable features are loose. The worst thing about it is comfort. It has the worst feeling tight but parts are loose earcups are hard. It does have lots of cool features. Overall comfort is one of my top priorities and this is the flaw in these headphones. I cant wear these for more than 5 minutes without taking them off. Rated 1 out of 5 by FRAGILE!!!! when i got my mixr's i loved them bu ti was worried about them breaking right by the metal beats name and yesterday they broke i and i was really mad. it happen when i was taking them off my neck to show my friend and the right ear cup got caught on my shirt and then it snapped. if you want a durable pair of headphones get something else but if you do want these be carefully with them because they are FRAGILE!!! Rated 1 out of 5 by This is a horrible investment I do a lot of sports and have always been a fan of the beats series. I've had the solos and solo hd's which both served me well. I bought my first beats mixr and I must say, it sounded beautiful (I listen mostly to hip-hop/rap) only to break in about 8 months. I decided to get another pair about 4 months ago(about two weeks after my first one broke) and they just broke in the exact spot as my first one. I'm so disappointed that i wasted so much money on this model. DONT BUY THIS MODEL!!!! They break easily. it happened to two of my friends also(mind you the same spot). It's like a perfect straight line, looks like it was glued or something( bought from best buy too). Anyways i'll probably upgrade to the new studios(i'm addicted lol), but I just wanted to save people from wasting money like i did. October 1, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by These headphones hurt! I bought these headphones for Christmas, I thought they were awesome, I was wrong. They're on ear, which means they don't cover your ear. After 30-60 min of wearing them, my ears hurt so much, I couldn't even touch them without pain. I wanted to return them, but I waited to long, so now i'm stuck with them, and i'm not spending another $300. March 2, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by DON'T BUY THESE HEADPHONES!!!!! Beats pride themselves by saying that they provide high end good quality headphones... However in the course of just under 2 years I have returned my Beat Mixers™ to HMV 3 times due to faults!!! When you spend £220 you don't expect this kind of cheap tacky quality. Yesterday my Mixers broke again, what a surprise and since my insurance has ran out on them, they had to go into the bin... I request all of you not to bother with beats, as its a waste of money for the quality they provide. Thank you Beats™ for such a great experience!!!! November 8, 2014
