Angela Manuel-Davis is a former All-American Track and Field sprinter who took her experiences and faith to develop a holistic approach to physical training that is applicable in any discipline. Angela believes in an approach to fitness by pairing health and wellness with spirituality & purpose. She’s one-part motivational speaker, one-part coach, and two parts soul guru. Her clients refer to her cycling classes as “going to church”. Angela isn’t your typical fitness trainer, she’s a physical philosopher who’s created a gospel of training from the inside out.
