Reset your Pill
If you're having issues with sound, Bluetooth, or charging, try resetting your Pill.
- The Pill is ON.
- Press and hold the "b" button and the power button for 10 seconds.
- The LEDs will blink red and green 3 times.
If you've reset your Pill and you're still having problems, check to see if there is an update for your Pill using Beats Updater.
Note: You must use the cord that came with your Pill. Other cords, including the cord for an older version of the Pill, will not work for the update.
