Reset Your Pill

If you’re having issues with sound, Bluetooth, or charging, try resetting your Pill.

RESET

  1. The Pill is ON
  2. Press and hold the b button and the power button for 10 seconds
  3. The LEDs will blink red and green 3 times

UPDATES

If you’ve reset your Pill and you’re still having problems, check to see if there is an update for your Pill using Beats Updater.

Note: You must use the cord that came with your Pill. Other cords, including the cord for an older version of the Pill, will not work for the update.
