Shipping Costs

Our shipping fees are set per item. You can view your total shipping costs on the Shipping Information page, the second step of the checkout process.

When to Expect Your Order

Beats by Dr. Dre ships your orders business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays.

We offer three methods for shipping your orders:

• Standard Shipping - Orders received within 6-8 business days.
• 2-day Shipping - Orders received within 3 business days.
• Overnight Shipping - Orders received within 2 business days.

We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.

Shipping Deadlines

Beats processes orders the same day they're submitted, so orders are usually shipped the next business day. In rare cases, Beats by Dr. Dre may hold shipment for an additional business day. Reasons for an additional delay may include extra time to clarify shipment or payment information, or extra care to properly ship large orders.

Addresses We Ship To

Beats By Dr. Dre ships only to addresses within the United States and Puerto Rico. We're also proud to send packages to APO/FPO addresses. However, Standard Shipping is the only available option for APO/FPO destinations. Due to the nature of APO/FPO delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

There is no extra shipping fee to Alaska and Hawaii. 2-day and overnight shipping are the only available shipping choices for Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping to a P.O. Box

Since we require signature upon delivery, we are not currently able to ship to P.O. Boxes.
