If you are not completely satisfied with your Beats by Dr. Dre Online Store purchase, you may return items in new condition with original packaging and accessories for any reason within 30 days.
You will need to contact Consumer Support to set up a Return Authorization. If your return is verified for processing, you will receive a refund for the full amount of the items you purchased.
Refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card or other form of payment used in the original transaction.
Products missing the serial number or UPC cannot be accepted.
Satisfaction is guaranteed on all Beats by Dr. Dre products purchased by consumers directly from our Online Store. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the entire product, including accessories, case, and packaging, within the 30-day trial period for a full refund.
Returning a product
If you've purchased a product on Beatsbydre.com you'd like to return:
- Call 1-800-442-4000 to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This number helps us quickly track the status of your return.
- Pack the product in its original product box or packaging and use a sturdy box to ensure the product will be returned without damage. If you do not have the original product box or packaging, mention this to the Consumer Support representative when you call.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as United Parcel Service, Federal Express, or the United States Postal Service that is able to track shipments. We recommend you insure your product. Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA confirmation email.
- Once we verify the returned items, we will credit the payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow several days for the refund to be processed.
Note: Please be sure to obtain an RMA number and clearly write it on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.
If you purchased your product at our NYC retail location, please return it there in person. Our stores are not authorized to accept returns of products purchased from Beatsbydre.com or by phone. We also unfortunately can't accept returns of Beats products purchased from other retailers.
Returning a holiday gift
If you receive a holiday gift purchased directly from Beats between November 1 and December 31, you have until the following January 31 to return it. Please follow the instructions above.
