Rated 1 out of 5 by Waste of money My wife bought me these headphones because they were nicer then the boss and I see many people with beats by dre headphones. She bought me these for Christmas I was excited and they worked nice with my iPad 2 but 2 weeks later I pair with my iPhone 4 and the music sounded like a record that was scratched. I was frustrated wanted to smash them because I said we pay $300 and I'm having problems. I try to use them today and they don't even turn on they have only been used for 4 hours and now I have to rush to best buy to return them and get the ones I thought would be better quality boss. What a waste of time and frustration . January 20, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Grabage Headphones It worked great for a about a month but now it just does not power on. It shows the green light when it is fully charged but does not power on. I read some reviews of other people having this problem and just wanted other people to know. Waste of money February 6, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Pathetic in durability Beats will break with in 6 months if you have them return them with the warranty because once they break at the top your screwed , and also Bluetooth likes to cut off and stop playing your songs it does it all the time does this a lot no matter how well you take care of these beats there no good far before 1 year of using March 6, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed Having spent £250 on these I expected far more. I bought them duty free while traveling, if I had bought them locally I would be demanding my money back. The sound quality is okay for djing but the bluetooth connection cannot keep up. Need to get your house in order Dre, expected more from a fellow DJ!!!! July 8, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Battery compartment My wife just purchased these headphones for my retrun trip to Japan and had them delievered to my current location to help with a 14 hour flight. I just spent the last day trying to open the battery compartment, which is still not open. The instructions make it look simple, the youtube videos also make it look simple, so, for such a simple task, there is no way it should be this difficult to "Press and turn counter clockwise". I wish I could rate the sound but having not even gone past the batteries, that isn't really possible. August 4, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Break easily I wanna start off by saying I take extremely good care of $280 purchases like these headphones. I've gone through a total of 3 pairs of Beats Wireless headphones. On my first two pairs, the left hinge broke and on my third pair, which I'm about to return (again#, the top right of the headband broke. I HAVE NEVER ABUSED MY HEADPHONES. NOT ONE DROP. They have great sound, but if you wear them with only one ear #sometimes I put the left ear cup behind my ear), you get problems similar to mine. If I could return these and buy the Beats Mixr, which are much better for one-ear listening, I'd do it ASAP. September 11, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Headband is broken I loved the headphones, until the headband just snapped on me while I was putting them on my head. I was always told I had a big head, but darn I didn't know it was that big. In all honesty, here is where I am at with this product. They have good sound, they look great, their battery life is wonderful. However if you want headphones that last longer than 8 months, don't buy these ones. Now, knowing very well that your headbands are the most common default with your product, why can I not buy a replacement headband from this website? That is what would make your company and this product amazing. I didn't expect the headphones to last forever, however selling parts to prolong their life is what would have kept me interested in this product. Knowing that you're willing to assist and accommodate your clients is what I would like to see. November 26, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by HEAD BAND BROKEN/SNAPPED AFTER 3 MONTHS. Was B.D. gift from hubby. The sound great, and the convenience of having a wireless headband awesome. Need to make headband more durable for 279.00..... December 2, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Head band slid off my head and broke from a fall no larger than a foot. These are/ were my favorite headphones. never had a problem until one day i am in school and looking at my paper they fall on my desk after sliding off my head the hinge that lets them fold breaks for 300$ I was and am not happy at all and i have no idea where I can get them repaired. i only feel bad because i recommended them to so many people and i hope theirs don't break. Rated 1 out of 5 by Great until they both broke..... These are awesome headphones and I absolutely loved them both. I bought one set when I went off to college because it was easy to use, and they blocked out the noise of other people when I needed to study. The first pair broke after about 2 months at the joint where they fold in, so I saved up and got a new set. Just today they broke as I put them on after leaving a lecture. They are amazing quality for sound, but honestly the durability needs to be better if you are going to pay this much. I don't even know where to get replacement parts or how to fix them.
