Rated 3 out of 5 by Shady Not for the average consumer
I bought the beats by dre studios, and fell in love with them, but after hearing the pro's, I quickly wanted more, sold my studios, and bought the Pros. While the sound on them is AMAZING, every day usage is not. These ehadphone scome in a carrying case similar to that of a diaper bag, and dropping them once in these is what caused mine to break the first time. The second time after I got new ones from the warranty, they bounced off my head while I was playing basketball, and broke once again. Im not buying a new pair, because I cant deal with that. So good for in studio and home use, but not out in public.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Dogger14 Greatest sound quality in the world, but way too expensive...
I love these headphones! They were extremely durable and the sound quality was amazing! They were too expensive though, not many people are willing to buy $400 headphones...

Rated 3 out of 5 by Matt Talbot $400 and no hard case
Love the product, head phones are amazing, Just a little upset that they came with a pouch instead of a hard case. For someone who travels a lot and takes their beats on every plane ride it would have been nice to have a hard case. I had a pair of studios prior to the pros and was expecting to have a similar case come with it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by wm No Carry Case to protect them?
You have a carry case for the less expensive models, why not for the Beats Pro? A little baggie is just insulting. I paid nearly $500 for these after tax, and you can't include a carry case? cheap!

Rated 2 out of 5 by phil studio poor sound quality
I bought these for the look and when I listen to music with these for the first time I tought it was a joke. bass are overboosted and the rest is negliged. now I understand why the specs are not published on the site. very poor sound quality. maybe it's because I usually use electromagnetic headphones but I'm very disapointed. they have a 2 because the look is very nice

Rated 2 out of 5 by Reggie The Earcups Are Too Shallow
I was severely let down with what I got for my [$].First off, the ear pocket is very, very shallow - much more shallow than the Studios. This results in the headphones being very uncomfortable to wear for any period of time. I found myself actually wanting to take the headphones off several times per album just to give my ears a rest, and I could never seem to get them to sit comfortably on my ears either. Next is you pay so much money but you can get the same quality for about $100 with sony or skullcandy. Bottom line is for that price I was not amazed or in awe when I herd them.

Rated 2 out of 5 by I.G. These are all just in the name
Basically you are paying just for Dre's name. These are okay headphones. Rza's "Chambers" blow these out of the water.
