Rated 1 out of 5 by Unsure.... I just received my headphones today, and the moment I plugged them into my iPhone, I noticed that the left ear bud was rattling. [...] December 28, 2010
Rated 1 out of 5 by Sound great, durability is horrible!!!! This product definitely puts out good sound, which is what makes me disappointed. The construction is pretty bad. The controller is the biggest problem. I spend a lot of time in the gym and I'm also an avid runner. The controller freaks out after about 20 minutes of working out. It makes the music stop playing and/or activates voice control which also stops music play. Its also hit or miss whether volume control works. It stinks because I really want to like these headphones. Maybe if you don't plan on using this product for physical activities (which is what they claim to be designed for) you will be alright. Otherwise you will be better off spending $20 on a pair of sports headphones at [...]At least they don't stop your music spontaneously! January 2, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by ONLY GOOD WITH IPHONE These are very comfortable, beautiful design, stays in your ear and sounds very good. But one problem. I wanted a pair a quality ear phones that go around your ear with a microphone. Everything works great but one MAJOR problem. If you use anything other than an Iphone you cannot use the microphone. I called them to find out why I cant answer the phone with them and they told me its only compatible with Iphones. I told him why I bought them and that I have never heard of anything so stupid. Every ear phone I have ever had worked with every phone I ever had. In fact I was calling him with my old Iphone headset (got rid of Iphone last year) and the Iphone headset worked with my new phone (Iphone headsets are compatible with every phone) but these are not. This is the absolutely the stupidist thing I have EVER heard. November 21, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Replacement clip... I lost my attachment clip (the black clip that attach the wire to the shirt) and they don't have any replacement ones I can purchase....... It is ridiculous as the clip is so easy to fall off. I'm so disappointed when the parts are missing and the company can't even sell the parts to me.... October 1, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by My Powerbeats have broken after using them only 5 months.... I really enjoyed using my Powerbeats to listen to music. However, recently my beats broke. Unfortunately, the end plug completely was stripped from the cord. I was very disappointed to see that my Powerbeats design lacked durability. What do I do? I noticed for this type of beats you can not replace the cord? Can the company fix this problem? Please let me know what I can do! A concerned consumer. December 16, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Where's the bass? I used to have a pair of Powerbeats back when they first came out. I loved them, but they were stolen. I just bought a new pair last night, and the first thing I noticed when I opened it was to horribly poor design. They felt so cheap and plastic, like kids earphones. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt on the poor design changes until I listened to them. It seems like the entire quality of the product was downgraded. The sound is cheap and no better than regular earbuds that come with phones these days. There is no bass and the sound is cheap and airy. I will be returning my Powerbeats and going with another product. Im upset that in the effort to update something, they made it worse. July 25, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by The worst. I bought these less than a year ago, and have only used them a total of five times since then. Suddenly, today, they don't work. These things are made of glass. Buy something else. October 18, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by SWEAT KILLS THE CORD! So, I got these for the sole purpose of using these during my workouts and unfortunately I can't even control the volume or switch songs consistently. As soon as I start sweating, and even at times when I'm just wearing them on the plane, the controls on the cord stop working. Also, the sweat seems to mess with the controls and it randomly skips songs in the middle of my current song. So frustrating - every workout I just pull them out and put them to the side. This type of money on ear buds and can't even use them for the intended purpose. Even the marketing is mis-leading - shown on commercials during a basketball workout. November 13, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Garbage I was so excited when I bought these, but they were really just garbage. From the getgo, the mic and volume control didn't work with my Droid or iPad. As time went on, one ear would intermittently cut in and out. Eventually that ear stopped working completely. I took the wire apart to replace the standard mini plug with a new one, but the wire inside is so tiny that it is nearly impossible to even strip the wire. April 25, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Garbage Went through 3 pairs and all 3 pairs failed. Used them for working out and a little sweat gets on them and they become useless!!!! Don't waste your money on these. January 20, 2012
