Rated 4 out of 5 by Must have This headphones are just awesome, but its not too comfy! Good for music and DJ’s November 14, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Beats Mixr's sounds is nice , but it need more comfortable I really like heavy sound ,that is why I choose Mixr .But it's not really comfortable .Maybe you can think about "Mixr Wireless" November 15, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Headphone with some minor downfalls The sound is overall pretty fantastic. There are some areas I would have liked to see improved, such as I feel like the midrange still is slightly less detailed than it should be, and the highs sound a bit wooly and boring, but the bass is tight, controlled, and punchy. This is a huge improvement over some beats (like the old Studios and Solos) where the bass is bloated and muddy instead of tight and punchy. Durability is great other than one part, where I have to dock off some of the points. The hinges slide down extremely easily. The headband is great, and I feel like the build is fantastic other than the slide thingys being too loose. I don't know if it's just my pair or if every pair is like that. Comfort is probably the only main concern on the headphone. Personally, it isn't too bad for me, but in some instances the rotator has ripped off parts of my hair (yikes), and the pressure is pretty immense around your ears. I suggest stretching these out over a stack of a few textbooks overnight to loosen up the band and reduce the clamping force these give you. I wish beats had made the padding more prominent, but oh well. Design really goes for itself. It's a beats headphone. It's got great looks and great features, the cables are fantastic and they include a 1/4 inch adapter, which is awesome because I can hook it up to my amp and play guitar on it. Overall, great headphone with a few minor issues. Definitely near the top of what I've tried in this price range, not the absolute best, but some of the best. I highly recommend them, unless your ears are overly sensitive. November 21, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very Impressed, Better than expected. I got my Neon Blue Mixr's in September for my 14th Birthday. I use them heavily, and they are in pristine condition. The sound is great, excellent Mids, Bass, and Treble. My Mixr's did well with every genre i threw at them: Dubstep, House, EDM, Pop, Rock, and Rap. I mainly listen to EDM, and David Guetta, so these headphones fit my style. They are not the most comfortable for some People, but for me, they don't hurt that much. My head is small, so it doesn't really hurt. These headphones impressed me a lot, as my friends said they weren't good. Very good, I recommend them. A little pricy, ($250 Dollars), but totally worth it. November 30, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Bass To start off, the bass on these headphones are AMAZING. Very clear sound and not too overpowering. When I bought these, the only concern that I had was comfort. Fortunately, I found that these are perfectly comfortable on my head. I have noticed some people think that the comfort is lacking but I have not experienced that. The only thing that could be improved is the clarity of the actual lyrics, but other than that, the mixrs have great durability, bass, comfort, and design. December 7, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by product quality For the past two years I have purchased my son some Beats by Dre headphones. He love them. The problem I have is that they stop working to soon. Last year I bought the wireless Beats, and in six months they tore up. This year he wants the Mixr. I think they should last longer than six month since I pay so much for them. My son would recommend the beats by Dre to others. December 18, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by This product is the best headphones ever since I got the beats I cant hear a thing because the beats are so loud which they are supposed to be also the design is so sweet Dr.Dre did it right their December 26, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very good Amazing headphones! They've lasted me half a year already and there has not been an loss of quality. They do get a little uncomfortable after a while and hurt your ears . But other than that they were worth my money. December 29, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by overall great for djing but not to be worn for over an hour. Well I recently just bought a pair or the white mixes. High quality I love them, except for comfort. They are extremely tight on your ears. But if you are a D.J. (like me) your will find them excellent for remixing or creating new music. January 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Painful I got these headphones for christmas, and so far they are great. They look nice and have great bass. I crank the volume up on some songs and my ears start to bleed xD I do know that the durability on most beats are not the best. My friends pair of mixr recently broke as he was walking up the stairs with them around his neck. On my beats I have also noticed slight chipping of the paint around the hinges. The ear cuffs are very tight. I recommend stretching them out by putting them on the box for a few hours before you use them. Even after that, they still really hurt. Pros: Great Bass Sleek Finish Looks nice Cons: Break easily Paint chips off after just a few days Extremely uncomfortable after more than 20 minutes. My ears are bright red and painful when I take them off. January 14, 2014
