Ok, so I got these headphones last week. I got the neon yellow mixr's. They are amazing they have excellent sound quality best I have ever herd. I would totally recommend these to anyone! All though they hurt your ears after a while of wearing them. They are totally worth the money.

Rated 2 out of 5 by ATH FTW Great, but.......
These headphones are superb, no doubt. They are by far the best sounding, and in my opinion, best looking pair of Beats Headphones on the market. The only problem is that the metal inside the headband is much too stiff. And I have found the stretching overnight idea to be unsuccessful. Also, at least on my headphones, one earcup is significantly quieter than the other. And I have double checked this by flipping the headphones around so that the left earcup goes to the right ear and vise versa. I have owned these headphones for about 1year, however i have had multiple replacements in the past due to speaker problems, and the daisy chain feature does not function properly anymore. Please fix this!

Rated 4 out of 5 by AMaddux1212 Very Impressed, Better than expected.
I got my Neon Blue Mixr's in September for my 14th Birthday. I use them heavily, and they are in pristine condition. The sound is great, excellent Mids, Bass, and Treble. My Mixr's did well with every genre i threw at them: Dubstep, House, EDM, Pop, Rock, and Rap. I mainly listen to EDM, and David Guetta, so these headphones fit my style. They are not the most comfortable for some People, but for me, they don't hurt that much. My head is small, so it doesn't really hurt. These headphones impressed me a lot, as my friends said they weren't good. Very good, I recommend them. A little pricy, ($250 Dollars), but totally worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JamieUppDown Goos except for a couple things.
I own a pair of neon blue beats mixrs and i've had them for just over a week now.
Lets start with the good things about these headphones. They have very good bass. At first, the mids and highs sounded poor the first few times I tried them, but now they sound amazing. The design just look so cool. Especially the blue design for my headphones. They are very durable and much stronger than the solo HD's.
Although I do have one minor problem and one medium problem about these headphones.
The hinge on the left side of my ear is very loose. Fortunately, i got a pair of pliers to screw it in tighter. That kinda solved the problem but there still pretty loose. The other problem I have with them is the comfort. These squeeze on my head really tight and every 20-30 minutes, they begin to hurt my head a bit, so I have to take them off my head for a few minutes before I put them back on my head. Although when I'm taking like a walk to the park or walking and walking back from school, It doesn't hurt my head but I still take them off occasionally because my ears sweat in them after a while. Although the thing I like about them being tight on my head is that the don't fall off my head as easy as headphones like the solo HD's.
If you guys make a newer model of the mixrs one day, make them less tight and more comfortable, possibly closer comfort to the new beats studios.

Rated 5 out of 5 by IIISAIAI I These incredible headphones sound so good - it hurts.
This review of the MIXRs was written after six months of ownership.
Let's get the 'bad' out of the way:
Yes, what you've read about the MIXRs is true: They hurt. They won't make you cry, but I found myself having to take them off every half-hour to forty-five minutes or so - resting for five to ten - then hurrying to put them back on again.
The reason why they're a bit painful is because they're [extremely well] made from some sort of steel and NASA plastic or something. I don't know. Either way, they're extremely durable, very sturdy, and boast an impeccable quality. These characteristics alone make them hurt a lot less.
How do they sound?
I find the sound incredible. Mind you, though - I am not an expert in headphones or sound equipment in general, so I cannot speak on what the MIXRs do NOT do well, but I know great sound when I hear it, and now, I hear it all the time.
The bass - which I personally value the most - punches really hard, but the sound is gentle at the same time. Its incredible. Little nuanced sounds in your favorite songs that you may have, and probably did miss - are accentuated with astonishing clarity.
As for the look:
I have the black ones. They are gorgeous. They're not huge, but they're big enough to cup the entire ear. the iconic 'b' on the side is visible and draws attention. ...a lot of attention - too much, almost. In a good way ...kinda. People ask me all the time where I got them, and I ignore them. Not because I'm rude, but because I the noise-cancellation makes it impossible to hear anything else (which is another great thing about them).
They look like no other, while still flaunting that #beats brand and quality.
I am extremely content with these headphones, they're probably the greatest headphones I've bought in a while that I can truly say are worth the extra money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by jman97 Great Headphone with some minor downfalls
The sound is overall pretty fantastic. There are some areas I would have liked to see improved, such as I feel like the midrange still is slightly less detailed than it should be, and the highs sound a bit wooly and boring, but the bass is tight, controlled, and punchy. This is a huge improvement over some beats (like the old Studios and Solos) where the bass is bloated and muddy instead of tight and punchy.
Durability is great other than one part, where I have to dock off some of the points. The hinges slide down extremely easily. The headband is great, and I feel like the build is fantastic other than the slide thingys being too loose. I don't know if it's just my pair or if every pair is like that.
Comfort is probably the only main concern on the headphone. Personally, it isn't too bad for me, but in some instances the rotator has ripped off parts of my hair (yikes), and the pressure is pretty immense around your ears. I suggest stretching these out over a stack of a few textbooks overnight to loosen up the band and reduce the clamping force these give you. I wish beats had made the padding more prominent, but oh well.
Design really goes for itself. It's a beats headphone. It's got great looks and great features, the cables are fantastic and they include a 1/4 inch adapter, which is awesome because I can hook it up to my amp and play guitar on it.
Overall, great headphone with a few minor issues. Definitely near the top of what I've tried in this price range, not the absolute best, but some of the best. I highly recommend them, unless your ears are overly sensitive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BeatsBoy22 Best headphones Ive ever heard
These headphones are amazing, when you first get them and you put them on they hurt like crazy but after wearing them for a while you get used to to the pressure on your head. The bass is amazing, the treble is amazing. They balance the sound very well. Im using a phone with beats audio in it, and the beats sound SOOOO much better... but it still sounds good without it... ya need 2 buy!!!!
