Rated 2 out of 5 by This product broke after 2 months I received these christmas of 2014 and by February 20th, the right earbud broke and stopped playing music. Three days later, the switch on the earphones that controls the volume broke and did not work again. For 100 buck headphones that break within two months, these are honestly not worth buying. You can get just as good of headphones that will last much longer for much lesser of a price. I would not recommend this product. February 24, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Very disappointed. I've bought my son two pairs of URBEATS in the past two years. Each set has broken. He is a teenager and has taken care of everything else I have gotten him so I fail to believe these were mistreated. Coincidentally, they broke very soon after the warranty was up, so no luck in getting replacements. One pair, ok, i'll pay the $100 to get another pair because they do sound that good, and feel that comfortable. But TWO pair?! not coincidental. Will NOT be buying him a third pair. I've had a pair of Walmart cheap-os that lasted five times as long as BOTH of these pairs. February 25, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Nice Sound Quality. Blew out after 2 months I have always loved the beats by dre brand. Recently i got the Urbeats and i loved them. After 2 months of use they blew out. February 26, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Great sound. Zero durability I have had this product for a little over a year and have had to sent it in for repairs twice now when the only time that they are in use is while I'm walking through the city or sitting at my desk. The sound is great but it is not worth $100 dollars if you have to have them repaired every 7 months. Durability is not something that Beats should be advertising for this product. March 1, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Initially great. Now broken, very sad I bought these last summer before I went on holiday as my family couldn't stand the poor quality of my old ones. I was initially so impressed with the sound and preferred them over my over-ear headphones as they were much comfier still with the great sound. However, the left ear with the control buttons no longer works. The buttons work but no sound comes through which is really sad as my right ear is partially deaf so the left ear is the one I primarily use. Initially a great product, sad about what happened after general usage. March 2, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by CONTROL TALK NEEDS WORK THE I BEATS SOUND GREAT, BUT THE CONTROL TALK DID NOT WORK WITH IPOD 4TH GEN. THE VOICE COMMAND KEPT POPPING UP WHEN NOT WANTED. IT WOULD ALSO FAST FOWARD THROUGH SONGS OR SKIP TO A DIFFERENT SONG ON A DIFFERENT ALBUM. THEY HAD A MIND OF THEIR OWN. I TOOK THEM BACK AND GOT A PAIR OF TURBINES W/O CONTROL TALK. I HAVE HAD NO MORE PROBLEMS. January 30, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by nice design horrible quality i bought it thinking it would be good due to the reviews online but i was wrong, the moment i put my headphones on i heard a crackling noise, i later found out that iwas from the base of the headphone jack. If whenever your ipod or mp3 player is moving in your pants the jack is constantly moving make the crackling noise be heard every time even though it looks nice, the fitting is great its horrible at its sustainability because my headphones broke the first 5 minutes i heard them. Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst headphones I've had in a while Just awful. I upgraded to these from my $20 Skullcandy earbuds, and honestly, it was a downgrade. I really was looking forward to using the iPod control on these, but that broke in about a week. Also, from the beginning, one earbud was louder than the other. I also have a few songs from Limewire, and they're a little lower audio quality, but they sounded fine on my Skullcandys, but on these they sounded terrible. Even regular songs were scratchy. Definitely getting my money back. February 8, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by To my fellow Android users If anyone plans to use these or any other Beats with a mic on their Android phone, you need to reconsider. The mic can't be turned off so it will randomly go into voice command. The control talk is very annoying. If you use any other type of mobile music player then definetly buy these earbuds. Rated 1 out of 5 by They Break I bought these for Christmas thinking they were good. At the beginning they were but about two months in the right ear stopped working. I bought cheaper headphones that lasted well longer than these did. March 3, 2011
