Rated 3 out of 5 by brandonl819 Great...but will always have cons
I love the Beats tour 2.0. I have both previous version with a Tour 2.0 as a replacement. After many pairs of the old tours, it wasn't the control talk that was the issue (like some people complained); one side of the speakers kept blowing out every 3 months. I've been hoping that ever since I received the Tour 2.0, it would at least be more durable. Unfortunately, I was proven wrong. After exactly 6 weeks from today, I received the Tour 2.0; however, I just found out that the volume buttons stopped functioning. Never have I abused them; I only listen to my music about 40% volume max. Otherwise, everything else still functions for now. The product after all has very good sound and the wingtips are super useful. After my first year with Beats....I am very disappointed and upset. What should I do!?

Rated 2 out of 5 by Ammobland Great Product (except the one I have)
We've had a couple of these products and have had great luck. However, the Tour, I have to (like another customer reported) twist the cord in a certain way to hear, without static. It's frustrating at this price point. I keep them in the case and cared for - can't afford not to. For the time before the noise started to intensify so that they can't be listened to, the sound was great. I love bass and these are great for bass lovers.
I hope that there is something to be done with this set I have - even exchange would make me happy. I do feel like a got an exception. All the best, Ann Marie

The beats itself sound quality were amazing! Great bass great sound quality just good headphones overall. After 3 months of use though the left earbud stopped working unless i held it a certain way. Then the right one did the exact same thing. If the build quality was better these would be the perfect headphones.

I BOUGHT THE TOUR EARPHONES ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO AND WITHIN 2 MONTHS THE EARPHONES WERE FALLING APART. THE LEFT SIDE HAD A WEIRD SOUND THAT WOULD GO AWAY ONLY IF YOU WIGGLED THE WIRED. THE PLASTIC PART OF THE EARPHONE SEEM TO BE FALLING APART. I WAS EXTREMELY SAD AND MAD THAT I PAID 149.95+TAX............... :(

Rated 1 out of 5 by jdog2112 Waste of $150
I've had the beats tours for about six months now, and they have ups, and major downs. They look stunning, and sound incredible, but thats all the good i can say. I treated these headphones like my baby, put them in their case all the time, and never stressed them. Soon, they start falling apart, and they eventually completely break. Waste of $150!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Beatsmaster255 My opinion
One of the things i don't like about the tour beats is that they plastic and one of the faults about the plastic is that they can break easier and they are not good at keeping the sound in the earphones. But I cant complain too much about the quality of the sound but in my opinion I think the urbeats are better and they are metal which means they don't break as easy and they keep the sound in better.

dont let the new lightweight design fool you, there is more power in these earbuds than any others i have heard, these headphones are very durable and the new light design helps the comfort and its ability to stay in your ears, i would buy these for $200 if i had to

Rated 5 out of 5 by chenry5797 Amazing Sound!
Went to Bestbuy to buy some headphones and listened to a bunch of different brands. I couldn't believe how amazing the Beats by Dre brand sounded. I spent a lot of time listening to all of the different types of headphones that Beats had to offer but needed something for the gym so I purchased the Tour earphones and am amazed at the quality of sound. Great all around sound and amazing bass. I can't wait to get my next purchase which will either be the pro or the mixr. Great job Beats by Dre!! Great Job!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Decarlo They're ALRIGHT . . .
Ok, I've owned quite a few pair of beats: Solos, Studios, Pros, Mixrs, and now these. First pair of in ear beats and I have to say I'm not impressed. They're not as comfortable as I would like them to be. The fit is pretty snug but it's more like they're stuck in your versus apples original white headphones that slide and sit comfortably in your ear. The sound is pretty alright. The bass is better than that of the solos and mixrs but don't expect to experience anything like the bass from the studios and pros. I've already noticed there can be a tad bit of static at 70-100% of volume which is not what I thought I was paying for. The control talk feels cheap. I don't expect it to last too long. The tangle free cable is HEAVY ! When running, you just feel it yanking at the earbuds. It's like a constant tug of war but the headphones fit too tightly to be pulled out of your ear by the weight of the cable. Overall, they're ALRIGHT but i didn't pay $150+ for an alright pair of headphones.. Sound quality is decent, build quality isn't so decent.
I'd only recommend these if you have an extra $150.. These are not a " Must have. " I feel as if I paid more for the brand name but I'm not really bothered by that. I just expected better.
