i bought the wireless head phone last year and a couples of days ago i just can't open wireless,no matter how many seconds i press, the light just won't back on

I love my beats. I also like a company that stands behind their product warranty. I've owned my beats for about 10 months. I've always taken good care of my wireless beats. I was hesitant at first to buy them because I read about them braking easy and the break not being covered by the product warranty. Nonetheless, I bought them anyway. Well, about two weeks ago (10 months of ownership with an average of 5 days a week usage) I put them over my head and they broke. I was devastated to say the least. I immediately contacted beats the same day. I explained my incident and received authorization to send them to be reviewed. Once received, it was approved for repair/replacement. Within a few days they were shipped back to me and in a week and a half I had new headphones, a new carrying bag and charging cable. It was really quick and I was impressed. EXCELLENT customer service and a solid warranty by a solid company. Thanks again BEATS TEAM!

Full disclosure: at first I was afraid these would be too "bass-y" but after putting them on and listening to just one song, I'm in love. They're comfortable, feel sturdy, and they "just work" with my iPad, iPhone, Mac, anything I throw at them.

so i bought this on black friday so i can get a bit of a discount on it. the sound is really good wireless, but i plugged in the wires to see if there is a difference and man you better believe it! the sound with the wires sounds so so so much better then without and the bass is better and just everything. wireless, its pretty good, not as much bass, and just a little rough sound. i hate wires and it only took about 45 minutes to charge out of the box. and it will probably go for 8 hours which is great! i found out there are two volumes, one on your device, and if you want it louder you can put it up even more on the headphone volume bottons. durability is pretty good. though i feel maybe sometimes its going to fall off because its not that tight. not like the mixrs. but great product!

Bluetooth sound will never reach the quality of sound that you can achieve through wires. This model is a nice try anyway.

This is a good well build stylish product. I hav th solo hd's and the sound quality is muuuuuuch better. I love music and i dont c why u would substitute gr8 sound quality for basically no extra benefit. Anyway i'm soon getting red studio's!

They finally made a wireless headphones! it's at least a start. I was hoping for more however. This is just personal preference, but it would be awesome if they were bluetooth wireless with a rechargeable removeable battery, over ear cans with noise cancelling and if the battery ran out you could just plug in a wire and continue listening. That would be the ultimate beats headphones. i wouldnt care how much it would cost i would gladly part with my money just to get something that stacked with tech and that ultimate.

Doesn't sound like a studio or the way an artist would want you to hear it. Sounds like its muffled. Like someone put a towel over a speaker. Yes it has bass but it just doesn't sound right. And this is bad for over $300. Not right at all. For $150 maybe. I have a pair of Sony bluetooth earbuds that were $80 that sound 500 times better. Disappointed.

These headphones were working fantastic for about two weeks for me. I had trouble keeping my connection to my mac laptop and couldn't listen to non-bluetooth devices but those were problems I could deal with i.e. reconnect or just listen to something else. What I can't deal with is that now they won't turn on at all. I was listening to them last night and all of a sudden they turned off. I wrote it off to running out of battery. But, this morning, after a full charge and a green light confirming this, there's still no response. There's no forced reboot that I can find and no way of turning them back on. At least they look cool...
