I have had these headphones for about 2 months now and since i was busy with school i barely used them. When I charged them in then went to do other things i come back and it says they are fully charged. I plug them in and then it says my battery is dead, i try again and the same problem. I have no idea where to go now. So do not leave your headphones charging for any longer than 20 minutes.

I bought mine a little over a month ago, and now they stopped working. Every time i try to turn them on the red blinking light comes on indicating no battery. I tried plugging them in for a hour to get some charge in it, still won't turn on! I would not recommend this product because they didn't last very long with me, and probably won't with you.

Returned after 3 days. Just stop working while lying on couch. I agree with eminem as they are the best headphones ever. However, for the price very disappointed in how quick it broke. Returned it and kept my money.

the sound quality is great, however i noticed there is a constant hiss when listening to something. The hissing starts as soon as i turn them on and it does not stop until i turn them off.

I got these beats for Christmas and they have been great using them at home. This past weekend I went on a trip and was completely disappointing in the quality. I was on a field trip with my class and while i had them on i could hear all of my friends talking. I thought these were supposed to be noise cancelling? i would here the bus, my friends and when the windows were down there was a loud thumping noise while i was listening to music. The sound was great at home where it was quite but as soon as there is people talking around me that's all i could hear. I'm really disappointed. How can you advertise with all these commercials of people screaming at these people and noise being cancelled and they couldn't even cancel my friends talking while i was playing my music at the loudest. I don't know if i got a defective pair but i would definitely like my issue to be solved.

I loved my original Studio Beats and had them for years. They were stolen from my hotel room at this year's Final Four. I bought the new Studio Beats at the airport, and have been disappointed since.
The fit at the top of the head actually hurts after an hour or so, but the worst attribute is the battery life. I've had them lose power on multiple flights now, and when that happens, your dead in the water until you can get them fully recharged.
Dropping in new batteries was no big deal on my old Beats, and they lasted a long time. I'd much rather pay for and carry extra batteries than go without headphones. The salesman in the store did a good job selling me on the "no batteries dude" idea, but I actually prefer it to what I have.
Totally disappointed with this purchase. I'm selling them and finding something else.

so the same thing that happened was happened to me i bought the new studios day one, at first they were amazing but then after a few days, both drives sounded blown out, i exchanged them a few days ago, and the right one was immediately blown out when the volume went up, the headphones could not even handled bass, i had to keep the volume medium so I wouldn't have to hear that sound. I don't know what to, because I love all of your products.

My first pair worked great when I got them, but one side started turning off and on alone.
I contacted beats and got them exchanged, but my second pair is not functioning properly either.
The headphones won't charge, so I have to send them back at my cost... again
I'm quite disappointed.

Got a pair of STUDIO WIRELESS and went home to unbox it immediately. Listening songs with the wires and it works perfectly fine. But the horror came when I tried using Bluetooth.
Connected to my iPhone 5, where connectivity was a nightmare. I managed to pair the headphones with my iPhone 5, but I can never let my iPhone 5 out of half an arm length from the left ear cup of the headphone or the music will go all cranky, hearing bits of pieces of the music ONLY. After a few seconds of ‘cranky’ music, the headphone will automatically not pair with my phone anymore. I would have to switch the headphone off and on back before it could pair again.
When I tried to connect the headphones to my windows 7 PC, it connects nicely, until the moment when the driver software installation comes into place. Both Standard serial over Bluetooth link (COM3) and Standard serial over Bluetooth link (COM4) shows “ready to use” but the Bluetooth peripheral device shows “No driver found”.
I cannot even listen to a single music unless it is wired. If that is the case why do I bother buying this since i'm only attracted by the fact that it doesn't have wires.
Frankly I think that the SOLO HD WIRELESS is better than STUDIO WIRELESS, especially when it never gave me problems like this STUDIO WIRELESS did, you know when your SOLO HD WIRELESS is on and connected without having to look at the headphones and even when the batteries are dead, just connect via wire and your music is alive again.
