Rated 2 out of 5 by Great sound, poor build quality In terms of sound quality, I can't fault them; in particular, they handle bass very well indeed. However, they're let down by the fact they appear very poorly made. They're fairly flimsy; I can't help but feel they'll fall apart any second. The headphones also seem very poorly put together, with several join errors between parts. For the money, I would expect better. January 13, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Surround sound problem!!!! Surrounds sound doesn't work for me. I'm getting the sound that should only play in the right ear, in both ears. I have mono audio turned off on my ipod. Should I return my beats for a different pair? January 26, 2014

(cable side) I tried to change the cable with the second cable of the pack, but still having the same problem. Too much money, for what it really is. February 18, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by Great,but broken I have had these headphones for about 2 months now and since i was busy with school i barely used them. When I charged them in then went to do other things i come back and it says they are fully charged. I plug them in and then it says my battery is dead, i try again and the same problem. I have no idea where to go now. So do not leave your headphones charging for any longer than 20 minutes. February 27, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Battery Didn't Last I bought mine a little over a month ago, and now they stopped working. Every time i try to turn them on the red blinking light comes on indicating no battery. I tried plugging them in for a hour to get some charge in it, still won't turn on! I would not recommend this product because they didn't last very long with me, and probably won't with you. Rated 2 out of 5 by Does not cancel noise I got these beats for Christmas and they have been great using them at home. This past weekend I went on a trip and was completely disappointing in the quality. I was on a field trip with my class and while i had them on i could hear all of my friends talking. I thought these were supposed to be noise cancelling? i would here the bus, my friends and when the windows were down there was a loud thumping noise while i was listening to music. The sound was great at home where it was quite but as soon as there is people talking around me that's all i could hear. I'm really disappointed. How can you advertise with all these commercials of people screaming at these people and noise being cancelled and they couldn't even cancel my friends talking while i was playing my music at the loudest. I don't know if i got a defective pair but i would definitely like my issue to be solved. January 26, 2014
