I bought my Beats Studio in October. Everything was fine for first few months. But now the cushion on the ear cups has worn out. So is there any solution for this?

Hi, I have recently just purchased the headphones and they are great..... until I can't recharge the headphones anymore, I have tried to reset the unit but nothing is happening, not even the red light goes on anymore, I have left it on charge now for 1 day, with different cords, power sockets etc, etc.
Can you please let me know where I can get it fixed or replaced, I live in Singapore, thanks

I will always buy beats products because of the brand that they have made, that has always been the sell point, the have fair headphones but celebs uses them so you buys them. if you happen to be wealthily and have never appreciated a good pair of headphones then these are perfect

Sounds very good, bass is strong, mids and highs are clear, the design is very nice as well. Great headphone all round but my only gripes are
1. dont buy them in white, the earcups went yellow quite quickly and looked horrible
2. extenders badly made, one side is smoother than the other and the join from the metal slider to the headband is uneven and leaves a gap. the join at the bottom is also bad, the earcups rattle and can be wobbled
3. More heat = less comfort, ive noticed that the warmer the environment the softer the ear cushions go and they stop padding and the inner driver cover pushes on your ear.
4. No dual audio, rubbish for gaming, songs and sounds dont jump from left to right
5. Ear cushions come off a tiny bit so they look deflated and messy on you head, uneven also

I really can believe that I can't even hear anything on my golden hue Studio Beats. Yesterday I was on my phone talking, and my headphones decided to just not make any sounds or noises. I thought it was a battery thing so I decided to recharge the earphones but that wasn't the problem. I am not currently using my original plug that I got with the Studios, but Im using the Mixrs plug (is that the problem?). Even though Im using the Mixrs plug It still didn't work when I had the White/Gold plug for my Studios. I tried to reboot them and I looked for the red light but it just blinked about 4 to 5 times and turned back off. Its fresh out the box and its already having problems. WHAT CAN I DO!

After many many visits to Beats Authorized Dealers I finally purchased some Black Studio's about 5 months ago. I was very impressed in the beginning. For someone who travels 20 weeks out of the year they have been great for crisp sound and noise cancelation on airplanes. However, a few weeks after purchase, my volume adjuster on the cord came off. It's now done this a few times, but luckily always being found again to be reattached. This wasn't enough to really complain because of the overall sound and ability to downed out noise while flying. Mostly just a convenience factor. Then the tiny Beats by Dre "b" on the audio jack fell off. At that point I was a little frustrated but still fairly pleased from the sound standpoint. However, about a week ago, I noticed the seam on the inside of the ear cushion has started to come apart exposing the foam within and only increasing in size with each use. This has caused my tipping point. I just feel like if you pay $300 for headphones they should be of a little bit better quality. I am overly cautious with them, making sure that they are put back in the protective case after every use.
The only reason I would still recommend these is because of the sound quality and my hope is this is a "lemon" situation rather than a standard of the product. I'm dreading the process of getting them replaced because I don't want to travel without noise canceling headphones ever again.

I love these headphones, they are the best that I've ever had. Unfortunately, they broke and now only one side of the headphones work. They only lasted me around 8 months. When I had the first generation of solo headphones, they lasted for a good 2.5-3 years. Everything about this product is great except the durability.

These headphones are great, but the only reason that I would not recommend them is that I have had two different pairs of these in the past two months and they have both turned out defective. The first time sound would only come out of one side. The second pair worked great for about a month but one day when I put them to charge for the night, I woke up and they were less charged than they were when I connected the charger the night before. Now if I unplug them the red lights blink saying that they have not battery but when you connect the charger it says they are fully charged.

These beats are great for short bus trips for athletes on their way to games and just road trips in general, however they start hurting your ears. Over time however the left ear starts crackling and you have to keep shifting positions on the ear, buy these with caution
