The solo HD beats are not that great. I had really high hopes in them! They suck to your ear and after about 30 minutes give you a headache. The sound is good but not amazing. For [$] I want amazing sound. Nice bass but not worth the money. You can get the same sound for WAY cheaper. Professional Dre's on the other hand are WAY better. Pay the extra and get the better product. Solos = average. Nice look but waste of money.

For a fraction of the price you get the MUCH better (in every sense!) Sennheiser PX 100. I really wasted A LOT of money here!

Ok this is my second pair of solo hd witch is disappointing that I payed [$] for headphons that have a problem. The problem with the first one is that they were making a crackling sound in the right ear witch got me very mad. This same thing happened to my friend and we both got a new pair for free because of the warranty. The problem is now the second pair are doing the same thing. My friend said it happened again to him too but it went away for him. So I'm still waiting for it to go away and it's been 4 days but it isnt that noticeable. The second thing is that your paying way to much for these headphones people. Your paying for the name, its called marketing, so yes the money is a big problem and they are way to much money!!!!!!

This is a good product but the only major problem and/or flaw with the headphones are the fact that the muffs break too easily both inward and outward, and after that the internal cable breaks or frills making the sound quality is clear and does not buzz.

I use on almost a daily business. Pretty great especially on sound. After about half a month, I started hearing static on the right speaker. After about a month I still hear it and it IS REALLY ANNOYING!!!!!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Rick the Player Solo HD Ear Cup Problems
I primarily use my Solo HD headphones for traveling passenger in the car and relaxing. The Solo HD headphones deliver a well tuned bass and completely durable headband. The only problem is when I'm walking. As I am walking there is a rattling in the left earcup. I thought it was nothing at first, then it became more noticeable as my utilization for them became more frequent.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Arya Ok! Dosen't sum up to studio or pros
I returned them for the studios, then got the pros. I just wanna leave a quick review bout them. They dont sum up to pros n studios, but do have pretty good sound quality. However when u turn it up, the base gets muddy, and I'm a basehead. Overall is good, but overpriced. Get the pros because I just LOVE THEEM

I got these a couple weeks ago and when I first turned them on I knew there was a problem. There was a short in the wire near the Control talk part that made so the right ear sound was half as loud most of the time. I used them for the weekend but the cord problem was unacceptable for that price. So I returned them and they should be back this Friday so I'm exited. If this cord is broken too then I'll just get my money back. The sound is better than most, but I have a pair of skull candy ink'd in ear headphones and the sound quality is pretty much equal. The beats are just louder and bassier. I can understand how some people say that they hear new things in there music they never heard before but not that big of a difference. I would give these a 7/10 just because of the cord problem and the sound quality is pretty much the same as my much cheaper skullcandys.
