Rated 5 out of 5 by Beats Pro Vs Bose QC15 I have both I purchased a set of Bose QC 15 for my wife for Christmas and they by far are some of the best headphones I've ever listened too, but for my preference, I needed more punch! I found when listening to music such as Maiden, Eminem, Black Eyed peas or anything that you may want to TURN UP, the Bose lacked the volume that I desired. The Bose are incredible for light music, the kind you don't want to turn up and want to remove yourself from your surroundings. In my opinion, if you listen to light rock and prefer your volume level lower, Bose is for you. If you want to crank it up, then the Bose fall short and the Beats are the only way to go! The Bose have a better fit, hands down! The shape of the ear pieces, just fit. The Beats Pro are heavy, which I don't mind, but the more rounded shape, don't fit the ears as well. The Beats Pro have superior build quality. They are sturdy and feel like they could take a good amount of abuse, whereas the Bose are plastic and although are much lighter, they don't feel like they could hold up to heavy or severe use. Bose includes a very nice rigid case. The Beats Pro lack a good case, instead you get a bag, this is a major negative for me! The Beats Pro have superior sound quality over the Bose, but that also depends on your choice of music. If you are into Rock, Hip Hop, Jazz or Top 40, then go with the Beats Pro. If you are more into Light Rock and easy listening, the the Bose are a better choice. My wife tried my Beats, she listened to them for less than a minute, handed them back and said, you can keep them, I'll stick with my Bose. Our teenaged boys, prefer the Beats. Overall I suggest you go to a retailer and try the Beats Pro on, if you like the fit, you won't be disappointed with your purchase! I can see where some folks find them uncomfortable, but for me they are just fine! I have read issues with using them with apple products, mainly smaller iPods. I have an iPhone4 and an iPad and they work very well, with no loss in sound quality. In fact, I have them plugged into my Bose Companion 5's attached to my Mac and they seem to have better sound straight from the iPhone or iPad. The sound is still incredible either way! March 5, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Pros are for Pros When I bought the headphones, I was thinking to myself, what did i just do, did i just purchase me a pair of professional headphones? And i answered yes! I have absolutely no regrets after buying it. The sound is amazing, althoug i wouldn't use it with an iPod, but i would deffintely use it with a device that could put out more. Use with my PC/Laptop is perfect, and it is amazing how many things you can do with it. The feature i found most useful during my nights as a DJ in clubs was the Daisy Chaining feature, which helped me listen to what the other DJ's were doing, and add my own touch into it. These headphones are also very usefull in the studio, before this, I would never have thought my bass guitar would sound any better, but i found the thing that does that. I am very very very happy with my purchase. March 12, 2011

Rated 5 out of 5 by FANTASTIC!! Only thing, they get uncomfortable after a few hours of constant wearing. March 22, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by 100x better than Beats Studio Only other con is that the headphones don't come with control-talk cord. And headphones should've come with a hard case. March 22, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by The True Ultimate Headphones I absolutely love these headphones, they sound amazing, nothing to disscuss here, sound quality is absolutely perfect. The highs and mids are sharp and incredibly clear, the vocals, details and clarity is just amazing and totally accurate. The bass is accurate, punchy and booming while not being overpowered. The build quality is also a big highlight in these headphones, they are build to last forever with a very good aluminium design. The headband is also very bendy and durable compared to other headphones. They also feel incredibly solid in the head and hand. However these headphones are not as comfortable to wear compared to some other headphones and due to the incredible build quality they are a bit heavy so after a while it may get a bit uncomfortable. Another thing is that is has no serial number, the registration process with [@] didn't ask for the serial number of the product like it did with my studios, which is strange considering this is their ultimate product, but oh well...... they are also not as stylish as the studios so you can't show off in the streets as well, but these are designed for home private use anyway so it isn't a big problem. The Beats By Dr Dre Pro Headphones are a fantastic pair of headphones, clearly the best portable headphones in the market at this point and those who can afford it can listen to music in a whole new level, for me they are definitely worth the [$] AUD. Before you buy this though make sure you have a better music player then an ipod, like a High - End Sony Walkman (Which is What I Use) or a good home theater system... If you have an iPod I suggest you don't waste your money in buying these as iPods simply don't give you the listening experience you should get with these amazing headphones. iPod's and high - end headphones just don't work..... So use a Sony Walkman. March 23, 2011
