Rated 2 out of 5 by Excellent Sound. **Terribly UNCOMFORTABLE.** first of all i'm a big fan of the Beats headphones, the design, the sound quality and literally everything about them. i had the Tour, Solo and the old Studio (which i used the most & was totally in love with). but last year i lost my Studio headphones at the airport and shortly after the Solo just started making weird noises so i went to where i bought them and they got them replaced for me with the Mixr (i had to pay extra 110$ though), and again: Excellent quality and brilliant design. but after half an hour or so of wearing them they start to hurt really bad. so now they're on the shelf all day. i can't use them anymore, because i like to listen to music while studying - and it is not possible anymore. i just regret every dollar i spent and i'm just going to buy the new Studio headphones, because they rock. but the Mixr headphones are just one big disappointment. Rated 2 out of 5 by Okay I bought my beats mixr about one and a half years ago. The sound is really fantastic. Two sound engineers listed to music with my headset on and they were surprised about quality. The band is very comfortable and it was never a problem to keep the mixr on for more than a few hours. The only thing I had to get replaced after a few months was the headphone jack. Although I was pretty happy with my headphones I'm am looking for another. The band snapped a couple of weeks ago for no apparent reason. I'm thinking of buying the same headset again, because the sound is so great and the headphone is very comfortable. I am a little bit disappointed, but we had a good run. November 2, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Comfort Even after stretching like recommend, the beats mixrs are still so tight and uncomfortable after about ten minutes of use. I can't really enjoy the full use of my beats at this point because of the discomfort. I received it as a Christmas gift… I was wondering if I could exchange them for he Beats Solo HD instead? Rated 2 out of 5 by hurt ears, design was funky i picked up the yellow mixrs. These were the only yellow beats and yellow is my color. The design was a little funky and it slid up and down to easy... I really like the color!!!! they should come out with yellow neons for the studios!!! Anyway i had them on for a while and they hurt my ears really bad. so i am returning them and hope they come out with yellow studios. :( June 10, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by FRAGILE!!!! when i got my mixr's i loved them bu ti was worried about them breaking right by the metal beats name and yesterday they broke i and i was really mad. it happen when i was taking them off my neck to show my friend and the right ear cup got caught on my shirt and then it snapped. if you want a durable pair of headphones get something else but if you do want these be carefully with them because they are FRAGILE!!! Rated 1 out of 5 by I'll be returning them These are the most uncomfortable headphones I have ever worn. The pressure they exert on your head when wearing them has given me a headache each time I put them on. Very disappointed, spent over two hundred and fifty dollars to get a headache. I've owned this set for 1 week and I'll be returning them before the end of two April 17, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not Worth your money I got my beats by dre mixr early december last year and it broke about 2 weeks ago. How do I invest so much money on something that doesn't even last? It does sound great but whats the point if it doesn't last long? Save yourself the money and invest in sturdier headphones. November 1, 2013
