Rated 1 out of 5 by Break to EASY I got these recently and within a week the earbuds broke. The cord fell out of the mic/volume controls and the beats logo fell off. I'm gonna be returning these and getting a different pair of beats earbuds. March 1, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Barely lasted 3 months WITH proper care, DO NOT BUY!!! I received my urBeats for Christmas, and tonight they stopped working. I have taken care of them and stored them correctly, and am extremely mad that tonight they stopped working. Unless I hold the jack in a certain way, no sound comes out. And when I DO hold the jack in, only ONE EAR WORKS. I tried it on my laptop and phone, the issue remains. This was my first beats product, and I will not be purchasing from you again, you're better off buying cheap $2 earbuds rather than this scum. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BUY!!! March 9, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Broke on first day, please don't spend your money on these, I thought everyone was lying. I bought these for travel and when I first took them out of my iPhone to store them for a half hour, when I plugged them back in one earphone didn't work. Unbelievable. Waste of time to return them, took forever, please just get a different set of Beats, like the Executives, I love my Executives. March 11, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very disapointed They were supposed to be an upgrade for my Iphone 5 earphones but the iphone 5 earphones are more confortable, they have a better grip in your ear and they have a better sound... 100 dollars wasted March 25, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by very bad durability i have had my beats for about 6 months now and was very satisfied until a week ago when the left ear bud detached from the volume control. i took very good care of them all the time making sure i did not stain them but even sadly they did not last : ( September 23, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Do not buy. I bought this product and had to return them 3 times before I just got a refund. The third time the earphones were already broken when I got them. March 28, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by POOR QUALITY I bought 2 pairs for my twin sons for Christmas. One pair had to be replaced out of the box. The other had to be replaced in less than 3 weeks. Now 6 months later one of the pairs isn't working again. Now I have to pay to ship them back for replacement and be without for 2-4 weeks. May 28, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by died after 6 weeks my beats stoped playing any sound at all after 6 weeks. for 100$ i had higher expectations. June 10, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Please don't buy these So, I bought these on my birthday, and 20 days later they stopped working (One earbud is quieter then the other, to the point you can barely hear it.) And even before the speaker blew out the sound was already a bit poor, which I could live with, but after one earbud went quiet after I treated them like they were the most precious thing I owned (They were always in their little case and I left my house with them only once) really upsets me. I've had skullcandy's that have lasted longer then this. 100 dollars is not worth the couple of weeks they will last. I don't mean to sound like I'm insulting the Beats brand, I'm sure people have gotten pairs that have lasted very long, I just wished that the majority of the earphones you put out lasted, instead of the other way around. Try to find earbuds that you're really confident will work for you instead of paying 100+ dollars on ones you're not sure of. August 28, 2013
