urBeats

Made to take a beating.

Replacing busted earbuds gets old fast. urBeats earbuds were made to be an upgrade from the headphones that come with your music player; with more durability, better sound, and a built-in mic. The tangle-free cable take the frustration out of fumbling through your pocket or purse only to find a big knot to untangle or even worse, frayed wires that taint your listening experience.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Great, but could be better I have owned my urbeats for at least four months now, and whenever i lie down listening to some music, I hear static, popping, and a little hum in the EarPods (both). On the bright side, they are great earphones, look excellent in person, the sound is mind-blowing, and they are the best sounding pair that I have ever owned. Green, maybe? November 29, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Wires Exposed Very Quickly I purchased my beats back in august, since I started college in September. Although the comfort was an issue at times, the sound quality was very good. The downside I found was that the remote did not work from almost the start, yet I wasn't able to register them on the Beats website because the website physically would not let me. I always kept them in the little pouch that was included, but yesterday I noticed that two wires were exposed (stripped completely of their insolation) near the remote, making them prone to completely break any day now. For sound quality, these are good headphones, but in terms of durability, I'd say maybe not. November 30, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Horrible These headphones hear amazing but I do not recommend them at all they do not last at all and I took care of them like if it was gold but they started breaking little by little in the corner the cable started ripping and the wires started coming out my headphones are taped every where with electric tape... Don't be stubborn and Do NOT! Honestly. December 8, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great but poor durability I bought these headphones around 6 months ago and as they were eighty pounds I expected them to be really good quality and the sound was good but around 2 months ago the volume button to turn it up got jammed and now it doesn't work so I cannot use that which was an important feature to me December 10, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by They were very good, but my right earbud stopped working and I only had them for about 1 month. I would like to know what I can do to fix these my earphones. December 19, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great sound and comfort but... My experience with urbeats has been amazing with the sound quality, design, how they feel in my ears when i workout, and just everything except... they do not work after just 3 Months!!! I got my first pair of beats and had them for 6 months and then the sound just stopped working for no reason!! So I got a new pair... and then 3 months later they stopped working agian!!! i am very disapointed in how badly these beats are made... but besides them breaking they are amazing headphones. Rated 3 out of 5 by Not for activity.... I got these over the Holiday break and boy' was I excited to go for my run on the beach (Miami, South Beach) or start my cross fit workout or to even warm-up with a jump rope. Very disappointed! SOUND was great if they stayed... Bottom line they fall out of my ear. If you are an athlete like myself I don't think you'll like them. To heavy on the ear. I have to literally push them in to hold them in my ear. Yes, I tired all sizes for the ear lobe. Female 5'5 120 lbs and I want something that is going to stay in my ear be super comfortable like the iphone earphone. Maybe I was used to those, went to SoHO store in NYC and went with the POWERBEATS. I tested those and PERFECT FIT! Have not tested them yet but will very soon... The URBEATS are just good for watching a movie (iphone, ipad) listening to music at your desk/airplane, etc but no good if you are mobile fall, too heavy and don't like the fact that I have to push them in. I want to keep my hearing :) Good luck and hope this was helpful... January 11, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good sound, bad durability I got these about two weeks ago they have really good sound and bass, but just a day ago they suddenly stop giving sound. January 17, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Perfect sound but breaks fast I absolutely love these earphones, I'm a teen so music is basically my life. Skull candy a good, but not comfortable. These earphones just are so snug and feel like there's nothing there, and the quality of the sound is just wonderful. Now the only downside that I seem to have is that they break so easily, and I know you're probably thinking I'm young and careless about stuff like this but i take of my stuff especially if it's $100. The part where the cable and connecter that plugs into your music device always seems to be the problem, even though I don't pull or abuse that part. I got new pair once I took it in, but now these new ones are starting to do that as well. It's frustrating more than anything because these earphones truly are amazing. January 24, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not too impressed. Don't get me wrong these are good ear phones but they have their problems. I've had beats solos hd. So after listening to those and transitioning to the urbeats I'm not that impressed. The sound quality is a little better than average but the comfort isn't the best. They just feel awkward at times.
