Details

Replacing busted earbuds gets old fast. urBeats earbuds were made to be an upgrade from the headphones that come with your music player; with more durability, better sound, and a built-in mic. The tangle-free cable take the frustration out of fumbling through your pocket or purse only to find a big knot to untangle or even worse, frayed wires that taint your listening experience.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Great product, not so great durability The urBeats are great earphones. I'm totally addicted to the sound - crisp, clear, and lots of bass. However, as impressed as I have been with the sound quality, I have been disappointed by the durability. I had the urBeats for about two months when the sound in the right earbud just went away. I sent them in and got a replacement pair in a few weeks. However, after a couple of careful months later, now the in-line microphone in my new urBeats doesn't work at all. Buy these earphones for the great sound, but be prepared for some headache with malfunctioning Beats. March 18, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Perfect sound but breaks fast I absolutely love these earphones, I'm a teen so music is basically my life. Skull candy a good, but not comfortable. These earphones just are so snug and feel like there's nothing there, and the quality of the sound is just wonderful. Now the only downside that I seem to have is that they break so easily, and I know you're probably thinking I'm young and careless about stuff like this but i take of my stuff especially if it's $100. The part where the cable and connecter that plugs into your music device always seems to be the problem, even though I don't pull or abuse that part. I got new pair once I took it in, but now these new ones are starting to do that as well. It's frustrating more than anything because these earphones truly are amazing. January 24, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not too impressed. Don't get me wrong these are good ear phones but they have their problems. I've had beats solos hd. So after listening to those and transitioning to the urbeats I'm not that impressed. The sound quality is a little better than average but the comfort isn't the best. They just feel awkward at times. Rated 3 out of 5 by The product has great sound and design but is lacking in durability I love the sound quality and the design. I use the microphone all the time for calls and it is great and easy to use. But the right speaker has quit working in both the pairs I have owned. The durability of the headphone is not up to the same caliber as the other features of the product. April 15, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Durability is poor The sound on these headphones is great, but the durability is really poor. I have have already bought two pairs of these headphones and each time the sound has stopped working on the right side after a few months. My current pair recently just stopped working on the right side. February 15, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Don't buy these.. it's simple I bought a set for me an my friend about a month ago. Hers broke already and mine are extremely glitchy. I take very good care of them, so I don't know how it malfunctioned already. The sound quality is not that great compared to their other products. Also tried all different ear plugs and none fit right and are uncomfortable. November 30, 2010
Rated 2 out of 5 by Awesome but broke My ibeats broke. The casing that holds the buds broke. The glue the holds the 2 peices together didn't hold and when it broke the wires inside got disconnected with the headphone. The soldering job was brutal. December 20, 2010
Rated 2 out of 5 by doesn't work with Blackberry Bold 9700 A great looking set of headphones with talk capability. The box says it would work with Blackberry, but not with my Bold 9700. Unfortunately I will need to return them. December 31, 2010
Rated 2 out of 5 by Fall out every day I got the iBeats for Christmas. At first I thought they were amazing but when I got to school and started walking the halls with them in they would fall out a lot. Even on the bus ride to and from school when I was sittine I had to keep putting them back in and that is really agervating. This probably has to do with he fact that they are metal. But other than that the sound couldn't be better. My broth has boss earbuds and there are a little bit better. I would probably switch over to Bose because they fit better but I like how these look and other than how they look and fit they are basically the same. January 8, 2011
Rated 2 out of 5 by good sound but terrible durability I got these for Christmas this year and at first I was pretty excited. These headphones sounded really nice once I figured out which ear pieces to use. But it's been less than a month and the wires are already fraying. I've been especially careful with these headphones over any others I've ever had because they are the most expensive ones I've ever had and yet this has happened faster than any of the other headphones. (and this includes like those $5 cheap headphones) I'm very upset that for this price they're so easy to break even when trying to protect them... January 21, 2011
