Rated 1 out of 5 by Don't waste your money If you want a pair of headphone that look great, are overpriced and don't serve their purpose then the iBeats are perfect. There are plenty of alternative earphones which are much cheaper and do a much better job. I have had them for less than 2 months and I only house them with provided case, despite this more than ½ the paint has peeled off! Not to mention that they keep falling out, I've even tried changing the ear buds but still have the same issue. Worst pair of headphones I've had ever. September 23, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Falling apart after 6 months These were good while they worked for the first few months. Wire connections to the microphone 80% frayed, losing sound in right ear. Microphone and controls no longer work (6 months).Sound is good, construction very cheap. Not worth [$] for durability. October 9, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Beats is an absolute hyped brand! I cannot believe the amount of hype beats by dr. dre get. I bought these headphones as a joke, and it stayed a joke. Compare these to the sounds of Shure SE535 and B&W C5 they sound like absolute rubbish. I strongly recommend not getting these headphones and going for some actual headphones. Any Beats by Dr. Dre are a joke! November 21, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Terrible construction, good sound. I am extremely disappointed. My last pair of headphone lasted for 4 years, and then these broke in just over a month. Just long enough so I cannot return them to my local store. For the amount charged they should last for 20 years, not 33 days. November 29, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Flimsy construction a deal breaker I loved these while they lasted. A week after the 1 year warranty expired, the connection between the cable and jack broke down. Considering the care I showed them (never removed by pulling on the cable) and how 1 in 4 reviewers list "flimsy construction" as a con, it sounds like a widespread issue. It's sad to see a brand so well known for quality, produce flimsy products in order to reach a low price point. January 9, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by beautiful but flimsy These were brilliant headphones, and for 80 pounds you would expect them to be of good build quality too. I used mine every day, and after every use, put them back in the little bag. But like every other pair of in ears I have had, the left ear bud went silent after just 2 months! Peoblem being that they came with my HTC, and tempted me to get the phone. Now it will be a real chase to get them replaced January 25, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by no receipt no warranty...seriously For [$] with taxes and no warranty without a receipt...horrible...buy something less expensive, i could have bought 3 pairs of another brand for less....i just wanted them fixed- February 9, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Break Although these headphones did a good job at cancelling external noise and had good sound quality, they break. I had three different pairs over the course of 1 year because they would stop playing in1 ear. March 10, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by DO NOT BUY Horrible design, constantly fall out of ear, stopped working within three weeks of purchase, first the microphone and remote, then started cutting in and out until no longer useable, waste of money March 25, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Faulty I got ibeats as a christmas present and within 2 months one earpiece had gone quiet, i was not impressed. April 2, 2012
