Rated 3 out of 5 by Disappointed The sound quality is amazing, but of course these days we use earphones for more than just music. I was highly disappointed to find out that I cannot use the volume controls, nor can I use the mic. These features are unavailable to me because I do not own an iPhone... SMH I just wish I was informed of this before I made my purchase. In short, don't waste your time and money if you do not have an iPhone. January 6, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by They are OK Sound no doubt is great. The durability is the only downside. I've had these tours for about a year and a half and the cord attached to the earbud is already coming apart. The plastic is cracking and exposing the wire to the earbud. Very disappointed, you would think you get quality when you pay $150. The comfort of the earbud is odd but it's not annoying. They have a sleek design and nice colors. All in all I would NOT recommend this to a friend. They don't last that long and you are paying $150 for something that will start to break after a year. January 26, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by I LOVE THE QUALITY, BUT IT IS NOT DURABLE I bought these headphones In israel for 700₪ its about 200$ "not chip" The quality were amazing! Great bass great sound quality but After two weeks of use I don't enjoy using them because of the eartips. They don't fit in my ear properly they fall out at every step and the buds come off quite easy and i lost a couple. I am really disappointed because they was so expensive. March 15, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice Earphones but breaking :( I am a huge fan or Dr. Dre and his Music, and I am a creative web designer myself so my music is important to me while working, but I have had like 4 pairs of these and they keep falling apart sadly, the control talk stopped working, then on the second pair the right ear broke, and I got them replaced, as was still in warantee, the third pair also the right ear broke and again got them replaced, this time the cord is exposing some of the inner wiring so sometimes no or very little sound comes out, they also come out of my ear while walking which is annoying. I am using v1. I am a loss in regards to these because I really like the design, the brand etc i have lost track of the receipt because I have bought so many pairs of these and they have all broke one way or the other. I also have the Solo HD headphones as I mentioned above I love the brand and they seem to be fine but I only use those while at home, and need a working pair when I am on the move which have a microphone built in as I use them with my iPhone. Rated 3 out of 5 by Really wanted to like these ear buds I bought these with no hesitation. My main problems is that these will not stay in my ears. I've tried all the different combinations I could to make them stay in but they don't stay in. I'm not the only one with this problem. If I sit they can mostly stay in but when I walk around campus they fall out every 5 steps I take. When they do stay in, they sound great. They are built well structurally. Past 3 hrs my ears lobs start to get sore from use but this only happens during finals week. April 3, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Disappointed I had the original ibeats and decided to upgrade to tour. Gave the old ones to a friend who is still enjoying them. Wish I could say the same about my upgrade. I am disappointed in the quality of the mic, and now less than a year after purchase the right bud is broken. October 1, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by the rubber ear buds keep falling off and you cant get replacements very frustrating i love these headphones, great sound tangle free cord the issue is the rubber earbuds keep falling off. ive gone through the free sets that came with it and i cant find any way to get additional replacements. i went to the apple store and they looked at me like i had three heads. since the primary purpose of these is travel they really need to work on the durability of the product..too bad December 4, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good Sound, Good Fitting, Good Design But Poor Mic It's my 3rd Beats Product, all of them sounds good especially the Studios. For the tours 2.0, the only problem is that the microphone have a loud "hiss" noise when i used them to make a call. Got complain for everyone that i make call using the beats tour 2.0. Rated 2 out of 5 by Too much Bass I find that the bass is still too heavy and the sound is not clear enough however the sound is a bit better than the previous tours August 1, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Great Product (except the one I have) We've had a couple of these products and have had great luck. However, the Tour, I have to (like another customer reported) twist the cord in a certain way to hear, without static. It's frustrating at this price point. I keep them in the case and cared for - can't afford not to. For the time before the noise started to intensify so that they can't be listened to, the sound was great. I love bass and these are great for bass lovers. I hope that there is something to be done with this set I have - even exchange would make me happy. I do feel like a got an exception.
