Rated 1 out of 5 by Severely Dissappointed Terrible construction/durability
Purchased boxing day, from [...]. Loved them for about a week, on the way to gym for the first time with these (bus) left bud cut out. Fiddling with the left wire near the control talk remedied the problem till I moved my head, then it cut out again. Ruined an entire workout session. Returning ASAP for another brand, beware. Side note: wire looked like it was wearing out near the 3.5 mm connector piece and would have broken too. I am a gentle user, never had earbuds break on me before, including stock iPhone pair for 2 years.

I got a pair of Powerbeats for Christmas and when I first opened them I was very excited. I started to use them and it seemed pretty easy, but it didn t have enough bass. I couldn t hear it that well. I started looking at the instructions and it had all of these different control/buttons. verdict: at first= easy after you look at the instructions= difficult also very pricy$$$$$

I use this for casual listening and for when I run. They stay in my ears and always sound amazing. The only reason I take off a star is because if you have a droid, only the play/pause feature works. Nothing else functions on the controller.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kevin Sound great, durability is horrible!!!!
This product definitely puts out good sound, which is what makes me disappointed. The construction is pretty bad. The controller is the biggest problem. I spend a lot of time in the gym and I'm also an avid runner. The controller freaks out after about 20 minutes of working out. It makes the music stop playing and/or activates voice control which also stops music play. Its also hit or miss whether volume control works. It stinks because I really want to like these headphones. Maybe if you don't plan on using this product for physical activities (which is what they claim to be designed for) you will be alright. Otherwise you will be better off spending $20 on a pair of sports headphones at [...]At least they don't stop your music spontaneously!

by Bergen Beatz wat the tours lack the powerbeats excel.
I have quite a few of the different headsets. Each one has its purpose and what i use it for. For example, my studios are for any situation that i do not want to hear any external noise. While my solos are for light traveling as the studios can be a little bulky. While my powerbeats are for working out and city travel. The power beats are amazing. They're light, stylish, and durable. When i'm traveling i am one person that is always in my pocket and having to be on the phone as well, of course at the most inconvenient times. The headphones are so light you forget about them unless the music is going and you have the signature beats crisp sound on. For anyone who is not a big in ear headphone fan, this will put you at ease completely. If i had to pick between the Tours or the Powerbeats it would be hands down, THE POWERBEATs!

Once I hit the gym and ran a few miles on the treadmill/ track, they began to fall out of my ear and the sound quality went way down. I tried all the included earbuds, but they kept falling out. Further, once sweat got into the control pad, it cause my ipod to go crazy (pause and increased/decreased volume by itself). I even tried my friend's ipod and did the same thing. I got a 2nd pair of Power Beats and I got the same result. PROs: The sound quality is great if you plan to lift weights and not sweat much or plan to listen to music at home or at the office. Durable and sweet looking design.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Carlobos It does not get any better
I have as most of us, purchased many of products. The first thing that I noticed, was the beautiful packaging - which instantly got my attention, and from there went uphill rather quickly. Product is of high quality in a world of inferior items. Job well done. I will recommend to all that I can. I am a very loyal branded customer if I feel that I am getting beyond my expectations.

I am 18 years old, love listening to music, I asked for these for Christmas after reading great reviews everywhere. I had just the basic skullcandy ink'd earbuds before and was looking for something better. I use my headphones for mainly going to the gym and listening to music in my dorm room and after using these for a few days I became disappointed. The pros of these headphones are the good construction and the volume and song changer thing on the cord, which worked very well. The sound clarity was very good, it was very crisp and clear but lacked that "umph" from the bass which was mainly caused by not sealing well into my ear. The cons list is a little longer. Few things I noticed was the cord is short. I tried running on the treadmill with my ipod in a slot on the machine and the cord was so short i could barely swing my arms without knocking into the cord. Also I was disappointed because the headphones arent sound isolating. They dont fit snug in your ear and block out sound, and as a result you lose a lot of bass. My skullcandy headphones have more bass than these. And plus everyone can hear the music I am listening to, it leaks a lot of sound. It also takes some practice to put these things on because the buds are slanted to fit better in your ear. In the end, I ended up taking them back today. If you were on the edge of buying them like I was, save your money and buy something cheaper.
