these headphones have no noise isolation so the outside world doesnt let you experience the complete sound. the bass is not as great as they as claim to be. its a problem to get them in your ear correctly. i dont recommend tjo

I brought these headphones solely for the gym. I was trying to hold back my negative comments after my first replacement, however the 2nd replacement have now seemed to fail me now. I use the headphones when they are in working order, and they have seemed to grow on me, however they seem to be out of service more than they are in service so my frustrations have now boiled over. All and all I hope this doesn't spoil your purchase, but I'd save my money knowing what I know now.

I like to workout on a daily basis, which is what initially attracted me to these headphones. Two pairs of headphones later, I realized these things just can't keep up with an active lifestyle. My first pair lasted about 3 weeks before one side of the headphones burned out and the volume/pause controls stopped working. I exchanged them thinking I happened to get a faulty pair only to find that the left earbud on my latest pair stopped working as well. Well great, so much for working out. If you DO happen to purchase these, GET THE WARRANTY. You will need it. The best thing I can say about these is that they sound good...until they stop working.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Marlow28 Well, they worked once...
They worked one time, i was not that impressed with the sound, even compared to my iPhone Buds. Thought maybe it was because they needed to be broken in, but the 2nd day i tried to use them, they are making my phone go nuts! Rapidly changing songs, launching voice control, the mic never worked, and now the volume control won't work.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Cj in Atlanta Not worth the hassle
I bought theses headphone in hopes of having durable listening while I ran. The headphones worked well until the right speaker started going in and out. I returned the headphones and got a new pair. The day I received those i used them and the mic did not work. So I returned the headphones and got my money back. These headphones are too expensive to have these problems. Not a good look for the Beats brand. I have heard about similar problems with the other models from Beats.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Bobby Nice but not durable
Great sound. Absolutely loved them then after a couple months one side went completely out. Spent way too much money for them to be so cheaply made. No durability at all. That's sad.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed PowerBeats Owner PowerBeats- Great design, Poor Quality
I use these headphones in the gym and have been happy with them despite the sound quality not matching a similar style Bose headphones. Perfect for the gym and the hold in the ears well. The left ear bud began to fade about a month after using them to the point that you can barely hear it. Obviously others having the same thing happen. Really disappointing. [...] After reviewing forums and comments on this site, it is clear that this is happening a lot.

Although the product fits well and is comfortable to wear the poor sound quality makes these headphones way over priced and a bad buy. The most important part of any headphone is how they sound and these fall short. Mid bass is basically none existent, and not very dynamic.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Dissappointed Sounds great but breaks easily
The right speaker stopped working after only a few weeks. The problem seems to be a loose connection at the plug. I expected better quality.

Rated 2 out of 5 by mem_23 Horrible build quality!!
They fit very well, they feel light and comfortable while working out BUT...... I bought these just to go the gym, and I already had 3 pairs sent back for a replacement. All of them with the same problem. It needs a 90 degree angle connector.
